Great breakfast

One night stay on train journey. Very arty hotel service was great Room and lift are small Long steep walk from the train station but there is a 206 bus if you don’t want to pay for a cab. Breakfast was great - very cosy hotel.

We loved out stay at Tralala! The location is amazing and close to many transit options, both bus and train making it easy to get around. Montreux is very hilly and steep, but Tralala was in a great location in a very artistic area. The room was great, and we had a nice balcony with a view all the way down to the lake! Staff was super friendly and spoke English and gave us lots of tips and helpful advice.

Great beautiful hotel located in a very charming part of town, easy access to train station and the lake, plenty of restaurant, and bakeries around. Room was a bit small but great for 1 night with everything you need Highly recommended

Nice room, small but efficient.

The room was compact but had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and clean. The only quibble I had was with shower. A little more attention to the corners or maybe a recaulking job would make a nice difference.

Friendly staff who are helpful and make an effort to make sure you are happy with your stay. Small studio room on fourth floor was interesting and comfortable. Unique hotel that was less than 10 minutes by bus to the waterfront and casino area.

Thank you for the help to get my lost bag.

During my stay, I lost my backbag in the bus. Fortunately, the staff of Trlala hotel enthusiastically and patiently dealt with the communication and the contact with the bus staff. Luckily, Tralala successfully got the news that my backbag was found and immediately told me how to go to the bus office to get it back. Appreciate the staff. Thanks a lot.

The personal were excellent they provided me with a room though they were not informed of my hotel.com booking which did not come to them. The hotel was fully booked and they didn’t have my category of booked room ( and though it was not their mistake) they upgraded me for no extra cost. Also, are very helpful and their restaurant has excellent food.

Very nice old part of the town

Very nice hotel and the surroundings were really nice as well. A nice park ("Donner") nearby with a good view over the lake and Montreux. Staff was friendly and helpfull (they explained many things like where to park and how to use the public transpart which is offered for free) Unfortunately the building itself is quite noisy. One could hear cars and even bicycles outside breaking during the night, as well as chairs moving in other rooms and other guests talking in the hall way. One could even hear the lightswitch beying used in the adjacent room. So be advised to bring earplugs if one is a light sleeper.

Overpriced, read the below before book it. The bad bits: Bedroom is very small, the 3rd bed for my son barely fit in the room. Internet wifi was working. Sign of mould in bathroom. No air conditioning. Windows open with fan on = very noisy and bad sleep. Plugs are hidden behind bed so if you want to charge the mobile you need to move the bed. Good bit: breakfast is nice

The hotel was good overall. The walk up the hill from the train station was challenging with luggage. When we arrived, we waited about 20 minutes for someone to check us in. The sign at the desk advised we could call, however as we only had a data plan, we couldn’t. I walked the stairs and eventually found someone who could call the number. The small lift was helpful, and our room was big enough for a family of four. The beds were comfy, and the shower was good, though the room felt a bit dark. I read the guide when in the room and found out the hotel offers a local bus pass and a complimentary welcome drink, but neither was mentioned at check-in—we had to ask about the bus pass ourselves. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, and overall, our stay was good. A better check-in process would improve things.

Just stayed here for three nights, obviously we knew about the hill which was hard work, but we knew this, Mainly my concern was the mould in the bedroom And how the the walls were As we had commotion all night on the Friday night with drunk people starting from half 11 at night until the following morning 6 am, but this is not the hotels fault I found the staff not very helpful, And also few times wait around in the lobby for a drink and no one would come and there was no staff to be seen so give up there was a very friendly man in the morning shift He was very helpful answered any questions it is a nice hotel with the downstairs and we had cleaners in each day of Our stay which was good and fresh towels which is another good thing all in all it was average I did like it but just the mould put me off and the lack of staff Being around for help
