Staff was great. Can’t beat the location if you want to stay in old Montreal. Nothing but good things to say. Coffee bar at reception was perfect. Would certainly stay here again.

This hotel is very charming; our room was large and comfortable with everything we. Could need. Same with the bathroom. Breakfast was very generous with something to please anyone. If we found that we needed anything extra like bandaids or extra tissues, it was produced within minutes. Staff was professional, warm and courteous. Great place, I would recommend it to everyone and would stay here again if I visit Montreal again.

When we first arrived, the staff were not particularly friendly but they certainly warmed up. The lobby area is lovely. Our room was not quite as charming as all the photos but all in all, no complaints about the room. Clean and comfortable and the toiletries smell beautiful. Easy walking distance to many restaurants - we would stay again - next time, I would request a kettle to make tea in my room!

The location in the old city is superb. The hotel is quiet and clean and stuff is always helpful. Parking is convenient, either valet or in a few public spots around the hotel.

Wonderful hotel with so many wonderful touches to the stay. Unlimited coffee for this caffeine-needing mom. Delightful continental breakfast with delicious fresh pastries. Friendly front desk, clean rooms, comfortable beds, amazing shower. Just the most perfect hotel.

Staff are fantastic! So friendly and very accommodating. I had arrived to the hotel very early and the staff had found me a room, as opposed to storing my bags. The entire staff are very nice and I will certainly be returning to this hotel when I'm in Montreal.

We had such a relaxing stay, the bed was extremely comfortable & the room was stunning! The only thing we noticed was there being a night club down the street that we could hear clearly We will be back again!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. The room was beautiful and the bed/pillows were very comfortable, so I slept well. I have to mention the shower - the water pressure was excellent and that's so appreciated! The free breakfast was delicious and the service was prompt. I am taking off one start for service though. I put the green light on outside the door so that the room would be cleaned, but it was never cleaned. We had to ask the front desk for fresh towels on our way out to dinner and when we returned we were given the towels to bring to the room. The front desk, valet (no valet when we arrived), and cleaning service could definitely stand to be more attentive. Other than that though, we truly had a wonderful stay.

Our hour are limited unfortunately but the public parking are not more than 5min walk. For the housekeping service, we always inform during the check-in that it is not a automatic service, for safety reason since covid we don't enter in the rooms if you don't ask reception first. We hope to see you next time you come to Montreal !

The rooms are spotlessly clean, and equipped with very nice amenities. The staff is accommodating, friendly, bilingual and available 24x7. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, catering in the local Montreal bagels, and serving one's choice of espresso beverages. The doors to the rooms are heavy metal ones that do close loudly, but that's the only drawback.

I had an amazing stay at le petit hotel, they have the most polite staff, very clean rooms, and a welcoming; tourist friendly atmosphere. The hotel is very small and quiet, providing a safe and tranquil enviroment for guests and the room layouts make you feel as if you were staying in a historic montreal townhouse with modernized amenities.

Lovely hotel very close to the Notre Dame basilica. The street is full of shops and restaurants. Rooms were quiet and spacious. The free breakfast is a great bonus! The staff was super helpful and friendly. Definitely a great stay!

Loved the staff, the room and the ambiance. Only frustrating thing was I needed to leave for an early appointment and was told we couldn’t get car from valet parking before 8 am and I had to pay a very expensive Uber to get to my appointment in order to leave by 7:30 am

A small boutique hotel in a great location. Our room was small but wonderful, it had a comfortable king bed, great pillows, nice lighting, and an exposed old stone wall. The bathroom was compact but had a lovely shower panel fixture we now want one at home. A Nice continental breakfast was available every morning between 8 and10. Coffee was always available, delicious coffee! 3 blocks from the Metro, we never needed a taxi or Uber. We will stay here again.
