I liked the hotel, it is clean and new, cozy capsules. Not far from the hotel there is a grocery store, Shoppers and Starbucks which is very convenient. The hotel is not far from the Old Town.

It's pretty nice and clean, the staff was helpful. Tha capsules are comfy and secure. I would definetly recommend it if you need to stay in Montréal 1-2 days and plan only sleep there

It was a great and comfortable hotel, with easy access to many of Montreal's highlights. The block it is in is slightly run down. Loved the design features in the hotel. Because the bathrooms are shared, they can get dirty quickly.

The washrooms and bathrooms were dirty. The reception staff were nice and accommodating but the staff inside (who clean the common space) was rude. The ventilation in the capsule was not functioning properly which is really bad since the space is too small. The location is good. Overall I do not recommend.

The bed was in the box. I was surprised first. You can not stand in the box except sitting. You can not bring anything in the box. Whoever wants to sleepover there , once you are in the box, you will be comfortable. There is smart tv, air conditioner, lights, phone charger. And the bed is comfortable too. The price is also good.

Clearly most of the guests were not aware of the quiet hours. I heard noise all around me through the night. I couldn’t get good sleep throughout my 3-nights stay. I don’t understand the use of those regulations without proper enforcement. Each capsule got unexpectedly poor noise insulation. I could hear every step of the guest at night. There were elderly in the hotel where they could barely get into the capsule on neither the upper nor lower one. Facility was poorly managed. Terrible experience ever.

Espacios bien distribuidos, siempre hubo acceso a los baños y regaderas, sugiero que revisen con mayor frecuencia cuando se acabe el papel de baño, el jabĂłn en las regaderas y trapear mĂĄs seguido, habĂ­a muchos pelos en todos lados. El espacio dentro de las cĂĄpsulas muy bien, pero a mi cĂĄpsula no le servĂ­a el aire acondicionado, no me dieron soluciĂłn ni opciones de reembolso, pasĂ© las noches incĂłmoda, ademĂĄs el servicio al cliente muy poco empatico, si habĂ­a quien atendiera pero te hacen sentir indiferencia. Por Ășltimo, deberĂ­an tener alguna soluciĂłn para la iluminaciĂłn porque no es posible apagar todo sin que se abran las puertas, tuve que poner una almohada o ropa para tapar los focos.

Parfait pour une nuit in and out de MontrĂ©al! Les douches/salles de bain pourraient ĂȘtre un petit peu plus propres, mais globalement le staff et le rapport qualitĂ©/prix est trĂšs bon! Je recommanderais tout de mĂȘme de s’apporter des bouchons pour s’assurer un meilleur sommeil si vous ĂȘtes sensibles au bruits.

J’avais de hautes attentes, mais c’était moins technologique que ce que j’avais envisagĂ©. C’était davantage un dortoir dĂ©guisĂ© en capsules. Pas d’insonorisation, portes qui claquent et son de serrure qui ouvrent troublaient le sommeil. Climatisation dans la capsule insuffisante
 Les installations Ă©taient neuves et propres, mais juste un peu plus d’attention Ă  la finition et pousser un peu plus loin le confort des capsules aurait bonifiĂ© l’expĂ©rience. Vis qui dĂ©passait du mur dans la chambre. Il faudrait aussi qu’au Check in on nous rassure sur les mesures de sĂ©curitĂ© en cas d’incendies. On s’est inquiĂ©tĂ© lorsque qu’on a vu qu’il fallait passer par un bouton Ă©lectrique pour ouvrir les portes de la chambre de l’intĂ©rieur.
