"Yes, shuttle was easy to find but the meal I had at the lobby restaurant was atrocious!!! I had a Montreal smoked meat sandwich which was horrible and I was sick for the first two days of my trip in Punta Cana. I can’t explain it any worse. It was the worse experience I ever had as I was bed ridden for two days. I don’t even want to think about it any longer. Sorry but, yuk!"

"We had a great experience with the wonderful staff who were very attentive and helpful. It made our visit to Montreal an enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean, spacious and light-filled. We especially enjoyed having a couch to relax on instead of a single desk chair, common in many hotels. The breakfast was plentiful and nourishing. We will definitely consider staying here when we visit again."

"Elevator button on fifth floor had some weird white substance on it (candlewax?) and it took 3 whole days for someone to notice and clean it off. Breakfast was stale and lacklustre. Looks like the ceiling in my room was water damaged."
