Nice apartment, lovely staff but no service

The apartment was lovely. The staff was pleasant. Good location. The only fault would be that you have to clean this place at the end of the stay. And I mean clean. Take all the sheets and towels to the front desk. Take the trash out. Clean the apartment. I don’t like to clean while on vacation. Overall, I would say 4 stars. I would recommend to people with kids or pets.

Nous avons été déçus de l état de propreté du logement, principalement les tas de poussières et moumoutes , morceaux de bretzel sous le canapé lit . Ainsi que les nombreux mégots laissés sur la terrasse . Bouchon du lavabo non ouvrable - joints de douche vétustes . Emplacement décevant du logement, sans vue ni luminosité alors que la résidence n etait occupée qu a 20% de sa capacité. Mauvaise expérience pour une première chez Odalys.

+: wir hatten sehr schönes Studio für 2 Personen mit dem schönen Balkon. Wir fühlten uns wohl. -: die Beschreibung des Studios stimmte mit dem, was wir sonst über das Studio verstehen, nicht überein. Das Studio war ein Raum mit der Kochnische, Schlafsofa, Fernseher, Esstisch und Sofarisch. Zusammenfassend waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Beau bien situé , divan lit inconfortable

Nous avons eu semble t’il un problème de communication car à notre arrivée la réception semblait fermée mais le manager (charmant)nous attendait pour nous remettre les clés. L’appartement est propre et agréable puisque qu’il y a une cuisine on aurait souhaité au minimum sel poivre un petite bouteille d’huile, nous avons eu un chiffon pour la vaisselle le 2ème jour en le demandant car la réception est fermée le lendemain, étonnant pour un complexe de ce genre qu’il n’y aie pas quelqu’un en permanence

Vacances dans l'Hérault à La Grande-Motte

Appartement propre et bien équipé et récent. Cependant, emplacement au rez-de-chaussée décevant, proximité du parking et des véhicules ainsi que le passage regulier de piétons. Le réseau Wi-Fi demeure anémique, il faut sortir de l'appartement pour obtenir une connexion ): L'accueil est limite et les demandes spéciales ne sont absolument pas respectées.
