Good stay.
Property was relatively easy to find (although our sat nav took us behind the hotel). Plenty of free parking near by, however we used the underground parking (our car had a roof box and fitted within the height restriction - there is a surface one if not). Rooms were comfortable and spacious... and the staff helpful. We extended our stay as it was very convenient. The hotel is also pet friendly if required. Would use again.

Tidy comfortable hotel
Just what I needed after 14 days of hostel living. Comfortable room with good facilities handy to intercity bus stop. A bit further from city centre but bus also handy for that

Property is situated ok we only stayed overnight to leave early next morning so suited us. Reception staff were rude and did not give accurate information. Asked about supermarkets close by and they didn’t advise there were many and incorrect opening and closing times.

I have been several times to this property, and it almost completely satisfies my needs. Clean, neat, not brand new, but still in good condition. There could be some improvements, especially, kitchenette would need better equipped. Frying pan was sticky. Although they advertise paid parking you can actually par for free on street. I was able to find free spots even in August.

Useful location for our visit, not far from Motorway, tram station. Facilities useful with restaurant, bar and keep fit gym room. Room was a small, but had separate WC from bath shower room. Kitchen facilities for cooking and good size fridge.

The room is like a shoe box. The area is very industrial. The hotel very basic. Breakfast only until 10am (even on weekends) after that you'll have to drive to find any sort of food. Really cold feeling decor. If all you need is a bed, then go ahead.

Not ideal location for fun
They should provide more information about their services. No breakfast provided. It generally away from the centre and not ideal for the business guy. With the kitchenette, fridge and microwave, it is best suited for a couple or friends needing to have their own hideaway as they can just buy food,lock themselves in, cook and have fun!

Gateway to Millau Bridge
We stayed in Montpellier with the idea of hiring a car for the day to make the trip to Millau Bridge. The location of this hotel being a little way out of town worked well as we did not have to negotiate traffic in Montpellier central. The staff were very helpful, but the bed was very hard and we had to ask for extra pillows to get any comfort sleeping. Apart from this, the facilities were excellent.

Good, but rooms with too limited space.
The hotel is easy to reach and well positioned for going in or out of town. It can be a bit noisy, if your room is facing the busy round about, what our room did. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. The standard rooms are just too small for a residence type of hotel. There is not even a table to sit at and to enjoy a snack. The office desk is minimal and not suitable to serve as a table. Everything else is fine.

Use this hotel as a base for all day outings.
Get an upgrade to a larger room for a low price, you will thank me for it. We had room 304 and what a difference it was to our original room. The receptionist were very helpful, the hotel was clean, the hotel did what it said on the side of the tin. It may feel like it's in the middle of nowhere, but you have the bus and tram system nearby. This is a hotel that you use for a stay of no more than 3 days, nor is it a hotel that you use for afternoon naps. Put your luggage down, refresh, get back outside and go and explore Montpellier. To that end I would recommend this hotel.

Right hotel in wrong location
The hotel itself was very clean & modern. Rooms aren't very big, but the bed was comfortable & it is a quiet neighbourhood.. Hotel reception staff weren't very friendly. I got the impression they were focused on business people not travellers. They have a Hertz 24/7 rental service on offer, but this was a disaster as the reception won't book it, you need to talk to Hertz & arrange a booking yourself. Catch the bus, not the tram. Bus is quicker.

Good large family room with kitchen and nice clean bathroom/towels. Parking was difficult, almost impossible as too many cars for too little space.

The hotel is horribly located. The city center is 2-3 Km away from downtown. If you have a car, it is ok. If you don't, the bus runs until 9PM only. The Tram station is 10 blocks away. They don't clean up the room everyday, only every three days. If you need clean towels, you have to go to the front desk to get them. If you use the kitchen, make sure you leave it clean when you check out. Otherwise, they will charge you a fee. The staff is gentle, but they have no idea about giving suggestions to go to other places than downtown.

Our room was quite large. We were apparently upgraded to a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Fridge/freezer in the room was useful. Breakfast is Wycombe too expensive so go out or buy groceries to eat in. Hallways are very tatty and really need a renovation. Location is out in an industrial area and you'll need a car to get to the old town (or there may be a bus). Old town would be nice but for the beggars, graffiti, and dog mess.

Positives: The staff was nice. The room was clean and good-sized. I liked having the kitchen facilities in the room. Possible negatives: The air conditioning seemed somewhat weak. The hotel is not easy walking distance to town, so whether or not the location of the hotel is good depends on your plans. There is a bus stop right outside, however.

From the outside this apartment/hotel appeared to be exactly what the website described it as being...untill we check in. The front desk staff were nice at check in and helped by providing a city map for free. However, the restaurant closes at 10pm (we got there at 9:30pm) on Fridays, and is NOT open on the weekends. The room was exactly as described with the exception of the oder that was masked by leaving the window cracked open and the brown stains on the mattress that could be seen through the very thin sheet. There's a bus stop across the street that takes you to a Tram station or to Comedie. The breaksfast left a lot to look forward to. There are only two hot items which are the same everyday. Other than these issues the property was very quiet and we had not problems sleeping.

Good Hotel for a budget traveler
This hotel isn't in the best location but of you have a car or other means of transportation, it works. We stayed with our 5 mo old baby for 2 nights and had a good experience. They provided a cot bed (crib) for free. Just a short drive to center. Close to the freeway. There's a pharmacy and a grocery market and mcdonalds right across the street. Surrounding area was a bit interesting but parking was free and easy. Would stay again.

Excellent location 500 metres from Stade Yves du Manoir, home of rugby union team Montpellier. We were there for the Catalan Dragons RL game against Wigan and found the hotel, supermarket and stadium staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Use of my schoolboy French was met with a welcoming smile. Access to the city by tram is only a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction to the stadium. Overall good value for money and an excellent destination for a weekend break.

This is an apartment hotel in the outskirts of Montpellier. The neighbourhood is predominantly office buildings and industrial sites. Hotel is typically used by business people or builders. NOT central at all and there is nothing in the neighbourhood in terms of restauranst bar a McDonalds. Hotel has a restaurant but it is closed over the weekend. Housekeeping only after the third day of your stay and weeklt after that. We were two days in Montpellier and spent most of the time on public transport to and from the hotel.

Overall great hotel, very clean, location is ok and a decent price. However the maids are overzealous to the point of ruthlessness. We made arrangements to checkout an hour late at Noon. Which is the normal checkout time in countries other than france. However the maids harassed us every 15 minutes after 11:01 until we were forced to flee. While the rest of france may not work, the cleaning maids surely do and they're angry!

Very good for a short stay
The hotel was very good from many perspectives . The service at reception was friendly and professional. The accomodation was clean and located close to a big grocery store. transportation to the center of town was good with frequent bus service. The only negative comment would be size of bedroom given the length of stay of 5 days and there were no table or chairs to have meals.
