The place is pretty dingy, but it's very close to the beach and boardwalk and this meant more to us for the one night (thankfully, just one) that we stayed there than finding something fancy.

A joyless property. Don't expect a warm welcome - it is cursory and bored. Guest arrival seems to be a bit inconvenient. This property is listed as a hotel, implying even a basic level of service. It is not a hotel. It is akin to student accommodation. And don't expect anyone to check or clean your room (normal for a hotel); the toilet is equipped with mop and broom (no dustpan) so you can clean the place yourself. They don't mention that in the blurb. Microwave is provided but no plates or cutlery, making the equipment redundant - or are guests expected to turn up with their own? I bought coffee bags and boiled them in a (provided) glass in the microwave; this was then too hot to handle without wrapping it in a towel, which risked slipping and spilling boiling water over myself. A kettle would be more useful (and kinder), with at least a starter supply of tea and coffee. Surely the owners can stretch to that? The A/C rumbles during the night; when switched off, the room becomes far too hot for any sleep. I managed about 3hrs max over each the four nights of my stay, returning home exhausted. On Thursday night some sort of karaoke took place in the central courtyard; one set of green and blue lights flashed for a few hours, accompanied by tuneless wailing. Finally, the lovely plants and white buildings shown in the Expedia photos simply don't exist. The property is unloved, shabby and frankly not very nice. This listing is very economical with the truth.

Chambre avec urine sur le lit : vu à 21h une tache sur le couvre lit, les draps taché et le protège matelas également ! La personne de l’accueil a été super et était horrifiée de la situation. Nous avons dû tourner le matelas… le sol était collant par endroits et il y avait du sable dans les draps des autres lits… vraiment décevant !

Un peu déçue de la prestation, pas super propre, les lits étaient confortables, cependant la douche pas terrible au niveau finitions , le balai et la serpillère traînés dans les wc (déjà pas grands). Une odeur se dégageait des clims. En revanche la dame à l’acceuil était d’une extrême gentillesse.

Das Zimmer war sehr schmuddelig. Das WC war nicht gereinigt und an der linken Wand beim WC hatte es braune Flecken. Dusche sehr klein. Das Zimmer hatte einen komischen Geruch. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Bien dans son ensemble, à noter quand même des traces un peu douteuses par si, par là... une vitrocéramique qui ne fonctionne pas depuis longtemps (un cache est collé dessus) mais pas réparée?? bref c'est dommage car cet endroit est d'un bon rapport qualité prix et surtout bien placé. J'espère que vous tiendrez compte de mes remarques car il manque pas grand chose pour que cela soit impeccable...

Chambre 4 personnes (30m2) grande, avec deux coins nuit (1 lit double , 2 lits simples). Chaque coin nuit est climatisé individuellement, équipée cha dans un état très bon (récemment rénovée vraisemblablement). Kitchenette (micro-ondes et petit frigo très appréciables). Grand balcon pour chacune des pièces de nuit. Résidence très bien située : 3 à 5 minutes à pied de plage, restaurant commerces, marché.

Chambre avec de la poussière sous les lits avec photos à l'appui. Parking Cher. Le frigo coulait je l'ai signaler à mon arrivée. Un évier était en photo dans le coin cuisine sauf qu'en vrai il y en avait pas.
