I have a video where I called the phone sitting on the desk and no one answered… While the dog probably woke up the rest of the guest. Unless someone had a heart attack behind the desk, there is no excuse for the lack of service"

"The daily breakfast was good. Housekeeping offered clean towels during our 9 day stay. We didn't use the hottub because other guests told us it was cloudy. The room smelled old and stale. The mattress and pillows were comfortable though. "
