"AVOID: Did not have hot water in the shower for several days. Spoke to the front desk four times (to Manon and Natasha); each time, they told me they were aware of the problem, that a technician had come, and that the problem was fixed. We stayed in Chamonix because my husband ran the UTMB marathon: when he finished the marathon, he had a cold shower and shivered for hours. "The room was a lot smaller than expected and the bedroom was actually on extend to the lounge with only a bifold door separating them.
