Property was dirty. Pillows were tiny. Room smelled terrible. No bedding for pull out couch. Pull out couch was filthy.

This property is nothing like the Country Inn and Suites we've come to enjoy and rely on. The rooms were dirty. Broken down. No extra sheets or pillows for the pullout sleeper sofa.

Expedia showed 5 K beds when I booked shortly before arriving. There were none so I told the clerk that I would cancel with Expedia. I was unable to get through to Expedia so I went back in to check in and he said he had cancelled by Expedia reservation, so I booked directly with the hotel. Turn out I've been billed twice for the same night and the property won't refund me and I can't get Expedia to respond.

The room was so smelly I couldn’t even breathe, the bathtubs was dirty, and the pool smelled like smoke and had dirt all on the bottom of it (this was an indoors pool)

There was an foul Oder in the rooms and the hallway. The laundry facility was also dirty. Staff was snippy and not friendly!

Everything was great from my experience! My family also enjoyed themselves we were quite happy with everything. The breakfast was delicious as well.

This hotel was literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Customer Service was terrible both checking-in and checking-out. The smell was the most nauseating thing about the place. It was like they tried to cover up mold and cigarette smoke with way too much febreeze. The shower was disgusting. We wouldn’t even use it - thankfully we were only there over night. We were cleaner from not showering than had we stepped into the tub. The carpet had so many unidentifiable stains and hair and tiny pieces of debris, we couldn’t walk around our room without shoes on. In the halls, the wallpaper had peeled off and was just hanging. The ice machines were out of order along with the pool.

Very dissatisfied

The stay was eh (not the greatest)...pictures showed an indoor pool (which was not heated, water was too cold to enjoy). Also, pictures showed a hot tub (which was out of service). As i did my basic room and bed checks, under the head of mattress had leftover hair from previous customers and other debris (I did not report this to the staff, because i was already frustrated about the pool and hot tub situation and just wanted to rush to sleep). I was not a very satisfied customer of this hotel. I will definitely choose a different hotel on my next trip to Wetumpka, AL.

Decent for the price

Upon checkin there was $100 incidentals charge that was not stated during the booking. The stay was ok for the cost. The lightning was dim which hid the damage. There was a cockroach in the room on the ceiling. Walking distance to a few restaurants as well as a gas station.

Dirty dingy rooms, swimming pool heater not working, staff said owner didn’t want to pay to fix it, jacuzzi not working!! Filthy carpet in bedroom and elsewhere. Front desk attendants were not very helpful. Property undergoing remodeling and hallways were a mess, even the hallways where they put up guests! Never again!!!

Room was nice and quiet and had all amenities. We not given a good room the first time while I checked in since remote of Tv was not there and phone not working. It was a late night check in. I was tired and caused me inconvenience. Also, it looked like construction was going on and lot of dust in aisle region.

The front desk clerk Latham was excellent, very friendly The room was fine however the pillows were hard as bricks! Also the room smelled of stale smoke even rhough it was non smoking

Mold and Musty

The 1st room was stale and mushy. The 2nd room(we were relocated thanks to the nice clerk *the positive thing of the stay&) was fresher but later..4am in the morning..we noticed a LOT of mold growing all over the room due to water damage that appears to have damaged majority of the 1st floor. My kids have asthma..didn't want them to get sick. We moved to a new hotel the following day..for the remaining 3 days of our trip.

I understand properties under go renervations, but I would have liked to know that prior to reservation. Also, the condition of the property, & room did not live up to the Country Inn & Suites name. The whole place needed a good upgrade & cleaning. My room was dirty as the bathroom had mold in it/wallpaper peeling. The valance about the window was dusty. The space between the air conditioner & wall were black with either extreme dirt or mold. Not what you think the property/room will be if you want the usual Country Inn level hotel. The front desk people were so nice and helpful. I wish I could say I got a great price for the room. Will never stay there again.

This property is very aged and in poor condition. The walls had sheetrock cut out 2 feet from the floor down the halls. I could leave a groove in the soap scum on the bottom of the bath tub. I wiped a white tissue across it and came back dark. Have managers email to send pictures. The PTAC air/heating unit was broken. No matter the stting it only clicked but no fan. All in all the worst Country Inns and Suites I've stayed at across the southeast.
