"We had a fantastic one night stay! One of our favorite experiences of our entire Costa Rica trip was exploring the hotel grounds early in the morning. We saw parrots, toucans, coatis, monkeys, and more. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The family room we stayed in was spacious and well appointed. I had a massage at the spa that was fantastic! I highly recommend this property and would stay again without hesitation. I hope we have the chance to!"

"This property is amazing!!!!!!! From the time we arrived to the time we left, we had a great time!!! They were very accommodating for us - let us check in early, let us join a last minute tour, and made our anniversary very special. We enjoyed the night hike, day hike, and coffee/chocolate tour. The hot springs were amazing and an added bonus with 2 slides!!!"

"Me encantó y para mi es el mejor hotel en la fortuna, su vista al volcán y la naturaleza es única y su personal muy amable y altamente servicial, si regreso los escogería nuevamente 💚 tiene unos jacuzzi de aguas calientes y una piscina amplia, como también la habitación muy limpia y con todo lo necesario y el desayuno estuvo 10/10 me encantó son los mejores ❤️ También es facil asceso ir caminando y explorar las tiendas de souvenirs y restaurantes y supermercados cercanos, aunque en el hotel tienen una tienda de souvenirs y restaurante ósea está todo en este hermoso lugar."

"Really loved this place. We got the room with private tub also which was super cool. Loved sitting in it at night with the lights. The only note I’d mention is when you get something and they put it on your room number, they don’t charge at that time, but give you a total when you check out. But they were all so helpful when planning activities, and making suggestions."
