"From arrival the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with parking our car and bags, the room was in the residential building which was incredibly spacious, pool area and the marina is such a beautiful setting, the breakfast had lots of choice and changed each day slightly. "The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea."

"Stay away. The hotel’s public areas, beach and pools are nice, but the rooms and service are nowhere near 5-star standard. In many places this would be a 3-star, or a weak 4-star at best; helped only by location and beach facilities. For the price, especially compared with other much nicer properties we stayed at in Montenegro, it was very poor in quality.
