Fantastico posto immerso nel verde,tranquillo e ben curato in ogni piccolo particolare!ottima anche la colazione,abbondante.Il personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione,ti fanno sentire come a casa....consigliatissimo!

Posizione fantastica, proprietari disponibili e accoglienti, ma la vera sorpresa è la piscina. L'edificio è nuovo, la camera ampia e pulita.

excellent hospitilaty of owners and personal. beautiful diners .lovely parc and large swimmingpool. good climatisation in the room. large bathroom. only disadvantage:the noises of cocks in the early morning

Schönes Zimmer und Pool in malerischer Umgebung

Die stattliche Haus und der Park mit dem Pool sind eine wahre Freude. Das Zimmer ist sehr gepflegt und geräumig. Das Frühstücksbüffet für italienische Verhältnisse sehr abwechslungsreich. Was uns etwas schade schien, war dass während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts keine Zimmerreinigung inbegriffen war. Aber die Lage und die malerische Landschaft machen alles wett!

Relax nelle colline marchigiane!

L'agriturismo si trova a 2 passi da Montefano,immerso nelle colline marchigiane, ma a pochi chilometri da Osimo,Macerata Offagna,Recanati e Loreto. Anche le spiagge di Numana e Sirolo sono raggiungibili in poco tempo. Dotato di una splendida piscina all'aperto, colazione abbondante,varia e buonissima. Il personale è gentilissimo sempre disponibile ed attento alle nostre esigenze. Pulito,arredamento semplice e sobrio;aria condizionata in camera ben funzionante. Parcheggio privato disponibile e gratuito. Sicuramente da consigliare l'unica!!!l'unica nota negativa che ahimè non dipende dalla struttura é stata la maleducazione e il non rispetto di altri ospiti che soprattutto di notte al rientro urlavano e facevano molto rumore. Ma come ho detto non dipende assolutamente dalla struttura e dal personale. Semplice questione di educazione!
