"The property is in a great location and the rooms are excellent. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and both experiences were wonderful."

"I will start by saying that we will be back to Villa Nencini next year, and for a full week's stay. Does that tell you something? The location is perfect for the walking trips; the owners/managers are on site; the grandfather is the chef, taking time to hunt the boar and deer for the larder! The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with marvelous views over the ancient Etruscan walls, down the Cessine valley to the Tyreenean Sea. Breakfast and dinner are in what was once the Villa's stable, now...

"Perfect location for Volterra, great views, super friendly hosts & great rooms"

"Il Palagetto Agrihotel is a beautiful and peaceful countryside property with wide panoramic views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location made it easy to explore nearby Tuscan towns while enjoying the quiet of the hills. What truly stood out was the exceptional support from Giulia. "The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views. It’s a 30 minute walk into San Gimignano. A taxi, IF you can get one costs €30 during the day and €60 after 8. It would be great if the hotel offered a shuttle service but it doesn’t. The hotel is part way through a refurbishment, some rooms are still to be upgraded. Our room had a stunning view of the Tuscan countryside. The Spa is only one in the afternoon. Front desk staff were very good, restaurant staff less so. The restaurant is...

"This is an incredibly beautiful, very well-kept, cozy, and serene property in the middle of the Bolgheri aerea. Perfect as a main base to begin the exploration of wonderful villages and their fabulous wines. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient!"

"Trotz Reservation war kein Personal da. Die zufällig präsente Person startete mit telefonieren, um das Zimmer bereit zu stellen. Warmes Wasser gab es nie während der zwei Tagen. Das inkl. Frühstück war am ersten Morgen spärlich und am zweiten inexistent. Das Zimmer wäre sehr hübsch, aber die Organisation total überfordert."

"Beautiful property, spacious and well-appointed room, spa was beautiful and relaxing."

"Das personal war weltklasse !!!"

"Absolutely LOVED our stay at this property and didn’t want to leave! The apartment was bigger than expected, and had everything we could ask for. The grounds are so beautiful and the pool was wonderful. Highly recommend and hope to return for an extended stay on my next trip to Italy!"
