"Great place, nice pool and good food. We had to leave before breakfast, but they then managed to set out breakfast for us and others leaving early. A little bit hard to understand how the dinner worked, and where to sit since the personell did not tell us, but overall a good experience"

"Perfectly located within the Old Town. Lovely couple who manage the Hotel with friendly staff all around that were responsive and helpful in all facets of our stay. Room was spotlessly cleaned daily. Breakfast was much appreciated too."

"The location was beautiful. Amazing scenic views in every direction with Volterra on the hill in the distance! The villa was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved to cool off in the pool after a day of sightseeing and the owners were helpful with any questions we had. Truly a perfect Tuscan getaway!"

The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."
