"No beach or beach access near this hotel, you must drive 1.5 miles or pay for a boat. The pool area is nice however the music is loud all day and into the evening. No hot water in the shower one of the mornings, one restaurant on site and no lettuce available one day. Adults only does not pertain to the restaurant."

"La limpieza y el personal espectacular. En lo demas necesitan mejorar demasiado las atracciones para niños en ningun momento funcionaron el tren nunca hubo alguien que lo guiara, las excavadoras nunca funcionaron, los inflables siempre apagados entre las demas cosas que fue igual. Las barras cerradas todo el dia ni mojitos bar hasta las 6pm y ya a eso de las 10 u 11 ya estaban cerradas. La de la piscina nunca abrio. La bolera y area de juego abria a las 5pm hasta las 10 u 11pm... El unico restaurant que tienen ya a las 7pm estaba cerrado... y si habia servicio al cuarto 24 horas y la comida muy buena pero esto era si te contestaban el telefono... realmente un lugar muy bonito con tremendas amenidades pero lamentablemente no son bn administradas."

"The staff were welcoming and friendly, creating a great first impression. My room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, though its location near the bar meant it could get a bit noisy at times. That said, the hotel did a good job managing noise levels by lowering the music later in the evening. The gym was well-equipped and exceeded expectations, and the beachfront location is unbeatable, especially for the incredible sunsets. I’ll definitely be back. "

"They had a beautiful view of the ocean and the area in the back was well kept up the rooms were clean, but it was nothing like the pictures on Expedia overall, I felt I was scammed because every everything else look pretty much outdated the property crossed the street was more updated than where we stayed"
