"The staff would t do anything about the barking dog in the room next to us. He barked for 3 hours straight. When I asked chuck the front desk attendant said there was nothing he could do even though the pet policy was displayed right behind him that stated otherwise. Super unhelpful and grumpy "
"The room was filthy and had not been cleaned. My kids ended up going back to my daughter’s dorm to sleep as the room was disgusting. I ended up staying only one night and driving back home instead of staying the second night. Would definitely never stay here again."
"The shade would not function. The ceiling tiles were pulled back and 3 of them open. We tried to cool the room off and it was on air conditioning and set it 65 and it didn't get any cooler than 75. The bed was lumpy. Hard in spots and soft in areas. I was supposed to have king with sleeper sofa. No sofa! No information given at check-in. "
"When I arrived, even though I had a reservation confirmation on my phone, there was no room for me. The desk clerk said I did not have a reservation in their system. My email from Expedia told me that I did, and I showed it to the clerk, but it made no difference. I was out in the cold without a room. I had to make other arrangements after driving 11 hours to get there."
"Food was a minus! No Hot Water and staff stated the lady owner has been told repeatedly the hot water tank isn’t working and she refuses to do anything about it. We should have been advised when we checked in as we both needed showers before the graduation party that afternoon. Carpet filthy totally BAD experience.
