"For English speaking traveler, staff was friendly and helpful. Location is very nice and close to Fontana Novantanove Cannelle. Downside was only construction on Main Street, to access the city center most direct walking route requires walking up a few hills, and a few noisy dogs in the area. Well priced, good breakfast, incredible staff, and nice accomations."

"I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room.
