At the time of reservation on expedia, it was breakfast included, however at the time of check in I got surprised when I found out that there is no breakfast

Power was out during our stay and we were in an area where rooms were being renovated do to no power to the elevators. Glad it was only one night

We loved our accommodations at Lodge de la Montagne. Great space, lots of room and a well stocked kitchen. Very near the lifts up the mountain and right in the middle of everything the Village has to offer. The staff were very helpful at the front desk. he only partial miscue was an indoor hot tub the wasn't always working well but were using the outside tub anyway.

J'ai adoré la chambre et le fait que c'était un hôtel calme. Cependant, le service était extrêmement décevant (comme si l'on n'existe pas), le gym n'est pas un gym, les spas sont froids et trop plein de gens en tout temps, aucun mini-bar, le stationnement est hyper compliqué et le foyer de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Le prix du stationnement était résonnable et nous avions droit de rester après le check-out, ce aui a aidé la situation. Pas le pire hôtel, mais énormément de travail à faire.

We've stayed at this property a number of times, the location is great and generally we enjoy it. However, on this occasion, we had to chase reception as we'd been in the hotel for four nights and had no cleaning or replacement towels even though we'd been told we would.

We requested a room for 4 to sleep comfortably. The room provided was a queen bed and a pull out couch. The mattress on the pullout couch was such bad condition, it was unacceptable for 2 kids to sleep in. My kids didn't sleep very well on the first night. I had to complain to the front desk for them to provide temporary relief in the form of comforters added on top of the mattress. When renting a room for 4, all mattresses should be in good condition and relatively comfortable.

The 1 bedroom suite was large and clean... very comfortable for our group of 4. The hot tub water was luke warm so was not that enjoyable after a day on the slopes.

Wonderful stay in Mont Tremblant! Ski in/Ski out. Easy walk to the village center. Kitchen with basic cooking gear, comfy bed, awesome shower & a fireplace for warming up!

The hottub was barely warm. Mentioned it to front desk but they said its at the temperature it sould be. Pergaps a temperature gage needs calibrating.

The property is closed to everything but unfortunately because there was not enough snow, it was not ski-in/ski-out… Mont-Tremblant is a so beautiful place!! The suite was very confortable, a little too warm (even without heating!) and there were blowers making so much noise in the stairs at each floors, day and night. Our room was in front of the elevator and closed to the stairs so…hopefully, there was a door between the bedroom and the living-room/kitchen that decreased that noise and helped me fell asleep! Be careful to make all the restaurant reservations the first day of your arrival. It is very difficult to find a place for dinner the day you want to go eating outside…

We hope it will be out soon and at your next trip at the Lodgede la montagne it will be more quieter. It is truth when the montain is busy is harder to go in restaurant in rush hour. Great hotel
Great hotel with very close proximity to the ski lift and the village restaurants. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The only thing missing would be a hotel restaurant but overall great stay and would definitely stay here again.
