Excellent condo rental unit with a beautiful view of the lake. Quiet and serene shared grounds. Gorgeous views from big balcony. Lovely fire place and living room. King bed was very hard/uncomfortable. Kids/single beds were great. A few issues with cleanliness on arrival however, all was rectified by day 3.

Beautiful location. Very Nice place. The clerk at the check in was new. He just give us one set of keys. We were 3 couples which created some difficulties. We could have called for more but we just lived with it Very nice place and shuttle to the village was much appreciated Pool was very nice. The view on a blue bird day was breath taking

It was a very pleasant stay. The most important thing was that you received "what you see is what you get" - all photos that you see on site are real ones, you receive that specific unit, as it is in the photos, which sometimes is not really true... Very nice and quiet location with everything you need.

Large rooms, high ceilings, gorgeous property with view of lake and some of tremblant village. St Jovite is a beautiful town with SAQ, Metro and other grocery stores, giant tiger!, lovely and quaint restaurants with patios. La Sandwicherie in village of Tremblant absolutely the best for tasty sandwiches and half litre vino tinto. Washer dryer in unit, latter took hours to dry towels

Everything about the unit is perfect. However, we are there for vacation so being wake up every morning at 7am by the construction noise is not acceptable. The construction is the building next to us and you can hear EVERYTHING.

worst experience ever they announced pool and hot tub available on summer only and do not announce an exact date (15 June) at the reception we were handled a key and code for pool but pol was on repair. When asked way answer was we are sorry summer starts on june 15th but sometimes in june 21st or may be in July ....lol. There was No person in the whole facility completely empty as a ghost city.

Lack of fee adjustment

The area is gorgeous. The rental was certainly nice, but the lack of assistance to try and get our price adjusted even when I saw a lower property fee of close of close to $300 was horrible. I started asking a week out with no avail. This awful customer service will make sure I don’t stay there again.

Beautiful looking place with and awesome view but mattresses need to be changed, lighting is very poor and we did not have running water for one day. Not good!
