"Nous avons demandé 2 lits . Nous avons eu une chambre avec 1 lit quenn et 1 sofa lit donc le matelas n’était pas confortable du moins pour un adulte. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre pour 2lits. On nous a chargé des frais additionnels. A notre départ on nous a offert une carte temporaire ..."
