"OVERPRICED. First the positive: room was clean and big. View was beautiful. The negative: There are no really common areas to rest, pictures are misleading hotel looks big but is not. "Spa" consist of a few rooms in the second floor. Exterior need maintenance. Worst part was the breakfast. Bread was not fresh, limited options. "We loved this spot. It was a small hotel that exuded calm, relaxation in a beautiful natural setting. We enjoyed dawn on the dock access to Lac Brome, we walked the trails around the large property and we had a great meal in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. The surrounding area - Sutton, Knowlton were fun to explore with wonderful hikes. The only disappointment was that the restaurant is was closed for our first 2 nights."
