Hotel building might look bit older from outside, but owner has equipped the interior with best quality fixtures. Very cozy, safe and convenient place to stay

Love the decor!!!
Rooms are completely renovated, beautiful decor and in a great location close to restaurants etc. The hotel is not completely renovated (hallways) but once done it will be great. Loved the continental breakfast…lots of choices. This is our 2nd stay!

I was initially asked by Expedia.ca about my check-in and asked to describe the hotel in two words. I wrote 'looks rundown'--because of the parking lot's in deparate need of repaving and the front lobby and breakfast areas did not look as glamarous as shown on the website. I thought my review was anonymous and to my surprise, the front desk clerk asked me why I gave the hotel a bad rating. It was a very awkward moment. To the hotel's credit, the rooms look like they were recently renovated and the clerks are friendly (except when one questions my rating).
