Hotel Dekat Monserate Winery

"I booked a king standard room online with no issues. Checked in around 10pm and no one was at the check-in desk. After a few, a young lady walked in from outside to help & we were assigned our room. We started making our way to our room. We noticed that the property didn't appear to be well kept. Also we noticed random broken things around the property. We saw a broken fire extinguisher case near our parking space. No fire extinguisher & just broken glass. We also saw a large broken glass...

"The room was nice. The only concern was the water access to the shower which was wonky."

"Came here for a 1 day getaway. Pool was awesome great temperature love the pool chairs in the water. Bar service at the pool. Rooms are big and quiet."

"The beds are very old box spring beds and pop every time you move. Fridge doesn't cool enough, The cable went out. Only 2 small towels provided. We stayed 4 days and no one cleaned our room once. It was quiet and clean. The grounds and pool seemed ok. We didn't use them though."

"He chose to stay here because the location. But upon getting into the room, we noticed that the pillowcases had hair on them. The blaOn top of that everything in the room was alter and dated. With one blanket, one sheet and a only a half roll of toilet paper."

"Very comfortable room. layout of living room not ideal if you want to watch tv. Pools were amazing as was the gym. Very accomodating for guests. Restaurants has good food/prices. Farmers market & vendors of Monday was great. Activities looked good but didn't partake."

"Not bad, centrally located, indoor and outdoor pools (no spa)... Directly adjacent to I-15 so it can get a bit noisy. Rooms were clean & comfortable, free breakfast was fine and staff was generally helpful. Not a bad place to crash for a couple of nights, but definitely not a resort either."

I was assured that everything was handled and taken care of, and then the hotel staff couldn’t find my reservation. I would not recommend your services to anyone at this time. Super frustrating "
