"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was nice in size and clean. IMO I was just expecting it to be more of a high end place. The carpets needed to be changed the elevators were old and extremely slow and the small white tiles in half of the room are so out dated. Needs a serious upgrading. The food choices for room service was pretty much breakfast only. $7.00 for a bottle of water in your room is ridiculous. I know it’s like that at other hotels also. When is a hotel going to figure out that you should not screw the people that are paying your salary. How about charge $3.00 a bottle which is still BS but not leave a sour taste in your customers mouth. I gave it 4 stars but honestly it’s more like a 3 star hotel. I have stayed in a heck of a lot nicer places for less."
