"We arrived around 11 pm and it was extremely difficult to find the reception. We searched for about 45 minutes. There was nobody in the night to guide us. Finally I went down and then an ice cream shop owner gave directions to go down the steps passing a gate. Also nobody was responding to multiple phone calls. It would have been a lot easier if they had an arrow sign leading to the reception."

"Very nice hotel just a 15 minute walk into Fira town. From there, it's easy to take the bus (2-3โ‚ฌ) to Oia or down to Akrotiri or Red Beach--all worth visiting. Note that the walk to hotel is slightly up/down hill, but not bad. We stayed in the junior suite, which was spacious and had a nice balcony view. Good breakfasts with different variety of items each morning. They arranged taxi transport from the airport for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
