"What an incredible experience at Alkantmooi!! From the first contact we had at the reception with the friendly and helpful staff, to the impeccably neat and modern room, we absolutely LOVED our night here! The best part is the tranquility of the reserve and the drop-dead gorgeous view of the Keurbooms lagoon. WOW!! We will definitely be back... and stay longer next time ;)"

"Great staff, wonderful room and views, exceptional food and atmosphere"

"Wonderful location, super friendly staff"

"We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. The property is clean and we had a City View Suite that had plenty of room to spread out and a balcony. The property is...

"We really enjoyed our stay and we can recommend to Come there."

"A nice resort for families with young children. Well appointed room with a functional kitchenette. Bright and cheery place."

"This was a nice find with superb hosts. Thank you very much for your hospitality! Very recommended stay. "

"Loved the property and the private beach. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"In general the hotel is very run down. Things falling apart and dysfunctional, including pool area and umbrellas and gardens. The resort is in desperate need of serious maintenance. Also, no wi fi in rooms for a 4 star hotel is not really acceptable. Poor conditions somewhat compensated for by the first class and much appreciated service from Petrus and some of his staff -especially chef and Thabisa."
