"The hotel has an amazing location, fabulous architecture and is maintained in a great condition. The common areas and rooms were super clean.
However at this price you would expect some level of service and hot water in the shower. Check in was ok - the person at the reception was obviously new so a little bit clunky check in process. However.. I had ordered a restaurant table in advance for dinner that night. When I showed up around 7, the restaurant was less than half full, and I asked...

"It’s decent hotel even if slightly overpriced (it could have been related to the music festival in nearby Ostrava). The room and the bed were big by European standards and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty ok as well. The only thing which surprised us somewhat negatively was the €8 parking fee per night (in a small town). "
