"Very clean hotel. "

"Pros: The food at breakfast was relatively good. The staff was polite. The TV had a lot of stations to watch. Cons: The room was overpowered by the smell of some kind of deodorant or chemical, and though I was told someone would come address it, nobody did. The room was decent but getting worn (e.g., the drawers were broken and the tub enamel was worn off). The second night, people above us were running and jumping around the room after midnight, and after 1 AM a lady was shouting obscenities...

"The room looks old but clean at check in we had no housekeeping in 3 nights stay not even fresh towels when we asked for a housekeeping they said they will send we come back no one went bad communication in the front desk we hate our stay."

"My booking was relocated to another hotel. The staff was adversarial, unhelpful, and tried on multiple occasions to move us to a worse room than promised. We were put in smoking rooms when we specifically purchased and specified non-smoking. The rooms were awful, smelled awful, and the breakfast was very unsanitary. I would recommend this place to no one and it was only marginally better than sleeping in our car which is what we ended up doing the next night. "

"Bathroom and bed were clean, but not window areas and blinds. Sink faucet leaked and sprayed water. Free parking."

"Bathtub dripped all night. Shower knob broke off in my hand. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Thin walls and the people in the next room talked and laughed all night long. Literally until 8 am. We were out of there by 8:30."

Please keep in mind that this place is a living place of historic significance. The original training center for fireman since 1856!!!. Please dont judge it until you get inside. "We stayed here a couple of times previously. The property and rooms are very clean. Unfortunately, this stay provided very little sleep. Between 1 am and 4 am there was such a loud party above us that it disturbed the peace. It was obnoxious. We did report it and hoped it would be heard and managed. Unfortunately, that was not the case. "
