"The hotel is very nice with lovely rooms and amenities. The pool area was nicely done. The king size bed was extremely uncomfortable however which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. More than basic- not clean and do not recommend
"The cleaners had left the door open during a rain storm so the living room had a huge puddle and the curtains had soaked up the water and it smelled awful. Also we had asked for a baby cot in advance and reconfirmed the day before but there was no cot meaning there was nowhere for our child to sleep ..."
