"Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. "Staff at check in were extremely friendly. Our three bedroom renovated room was very clean, exactly as the photos, we were very pleased. The indoor heated pool and the squash courts were a bonus that we really enjoyed. The games room for the kids was disappointing that everything besides the table tennis was coming operated, she should be free access for paying guests. In saying this we would still highly recommend and stay again."
