"We enjoyed our four night stay. The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea. Underground parking is included at no charge so all you have to do is park once and then it's a short walk to Ocean Avenue and all the great shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms and galleries. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. "Stayed here with two other families for a nearby wedding. It was everything I hoped in terms of location and distance to beach. All the kids had a great time at the heated pool. Rooms very clean and spacious and beds were comfortable (I prefer a firm bed; my husband said it could have been firmer). The breakfast was simple but it tasted like real eggs and meat and most importantly, as a coffee snob - the coffee was excellent!! Being right next door to Bruno's Market for affordable and delicious prepared food and convenient groceries was a bonus. I would stay here again!"
