It has been out of business since spring and neither the hotel nor Expedia notified us. We found out at the end of a long, hot hiking day when we arrived to Cap Martin. After scrambling to find a last-minute hotel room in this popular coastal town, our hotel staff said they have, and continue to have, to deal with stranded travelers like ourselves. Poor customer service. Boo!

Hotel is closed?!
This hotel is not even open!!! We booked this hotel thinking we could stay there, even getting a confirmation email 2 days prior, saying everything is good. We arrive after a long day of traveling finding out the hotel is closed?? We now stand in a foreign country without a place to stay? This is really unbelievable bad service from both the hotel and Hotels.com. We trust hotels.com to have open hotels?? Why else use them? I have no words.

Hotel fantôme
J'ai passé une nuit en semaine, dans le cadre professionnel. L'hôtel est très bien placé, chambres propres. Malheureusement je n'ai croisé aucun personnel: Clé sur la porte le soir, et le matin pas d’accueil, ni de petit déjeuner (contrairement à la description), rien, le désert... Le contact portable indiqué sur la porte et que j'ai appelé le matin ne m'a jamais rappelé pour quoi ou qu'est ce... Surprenant!
