"We had a fabulous stay at the Scenic Cotswold in Christchurch. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay feel extra special. The recent renovation is beautifully done — cozy yet crisp and refined. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with all our queries at both check-in and check-out, which really added to the overall experience. The only very minor critique would be the lack of a built-in streaming service. This didn’t detract from our stay at all, but it may be something future guests would appreciate. That said, the team kindly provided an HDMI cable, which was extremely helpful and much appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would happily return"
