I do wish the front desk service was more professional and attentive. My arrival was fantastic. But any calls or interactions with them, was un educated about the hotel on the whole and barely helpful. The room attendees are magnificent. The wait staff were lovely. Restaurant manager was exemplary."

Only upon arrival, the hotel refused the booking claiming they had no knowledge of the reservation and if fact no contract with Expedia. Now Expedia refuses to refund my money."
