"Lack of air conditioning was not clear on advertising and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Cleaning lady walked into room at 9am, 9.30 and 10am uninvited, barking at us to leave. No coffee provided. Shower drainage was blocked and flooded room. Church bell practice from 6am on a Saturday was a further unwelcome surprise"

The area itself is near the Como center, which is very helpful, there’s already a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is amazing, Elisabetta and Nino were so wonderful!
