"Tony did a great job at front desk answering all our questions about the room and Hannibal."

"The hotel is very outdated and upkeep is poor. When entering our room there were 3 large stains on the foot bench. The bedside lamp shade had cracks, Holes and was broken. The bathroom mirror had large black paint blotches on it. It's not a pleasant place for rest after a long day of travel. You can easily hear other guest above and around you."
