Je n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’avais réservé. Celle qui m’a été donnée était bien plus petite mais tout de même confortable et le petit déjeuner était bien. Il y avait un parfum de synthèse horriblement entêtant dans la chambre. Mes affaires restent imprégnées de cette odeur depuis 4 jours. Sur la route du retour, je suis descendu à l’hotel 4...

"Unfortunately we had several instances of poor service during our one night stay. Our room was not ready and we had to go back several times and always got info to wait 20 more minutes. At the end we decided to have lunch and gave them until 15:30 to get it ready. There were issues with key card to room and tennis court. The pictures showed a gym, but no one could tell us where it was etc etc. Positive was quality of dinner, food was good. Also we had a Nespresso machine in our junior suite and...
