I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"The room was really nice and just as described. We had a nice view out of our windows. The lighting in the room was really nice. The shower door was a bit janky but held up alright. The cooking utensils and cleaning supplies in the kitchen were a bit underwhelming but all in all I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay."

Un trozo de zocalo roto aquí, otro trozo de puerta rota allí, y cosas así, nada grave, pero demasiadas. La limpieza general es muy justita. No esta sucio, pero tampoco esta limpio. En cocina encontramos "restos" en algun plato y sartenes mejor no usarlas. El suelo necesitaba un barrido mas intenso. En cambio, la ropa de cama y de baño estaba muy limpia y parecia nueva. La...
