Lovely property! Spacious rooms with all the great amenities and touches of a modern hanok stay. Would recommend to those who seek a traditional korean accommodation.
Recommend having a car or taking a taxi to reach nearby restaurants, shopping, and tour sights.
Our stay was an amazing experience. The traditional feel with the modern amenities: air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bidet and a refrigerator. It truly was wonderful. Will definitely go back. The staff was helpful and very accommodating.
Great experience since I wanted to stay in a hanok. Itโs a little far from everything and it takes roughly 30 min to call for a taxi. Easy to stay at if you bring/rent a car. The area was very quiet and it made me feel like I was living in one of the old school king/Joseon/Koryo era dynasties. ๐ Iโd stay again, but would rent a car. The rooms were great. You have to sleep on the hard, but warm floors. But thatโs part of the experience. Itโs a beautiful setting.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Staff were very helpful and kind but the property was not as clean
It was great to stay at this hotel. If anyone want experience the traditional korean life this is one of the hotel I recommend. But make sure you get the upgraded room with thicker futon or beds. I got the base room but didnโt like the futon at all. It looked comfortable in photo but when you lift blanket the bottom futon is very thin 1inch thick maybe? Other than that it was great. We will stay again next trip with upgraded rooms my family and friends.
I went excited to try their restaurant. It was advertised as open but was closed. The hotel is super isolated - thereโs nowhere nearby to eat and itโs a half an hour wait to get a taxi. This was a big problem. Then I went to go for breakfast and they wouldnโt let me because I didnโt pre-book. I explained that one told me I had to pre-book and they just refused to serve me breakfast. Again - thereโs nowhere nearby so I was stuck. A hotel this isolated needs to be more careful with making sure their guests can access food.
