"We stayed here for only one night on Monday, 13 October 2025, on our way to Cape Town. It’s such a pity we couldn’t stay longer because this is a truly wonderful guesthouse. We had a lovely room with a beautiful river view. Mina at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took such good care of us and accommodated our request to change to a river-view room without any trouble. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the guesthouse has a gorgeous garden. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. Check-in and check-out were both very efficient. We highly recommend this guesthouse to everyone and will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you so much! Ian and James"

"They confirmed my booking via telephone a day before my arrival day then when I get there I don't have a room, they gave someone else a room. Out of all the reasons they said people booking via Expedia normally don't arrive and end up cancelling hence they gave away a room but their check in is at 14:00, I arrived an hour before the room has been given to someone else who came before me. I didn't sleep at Bon Voyage "
