"This was a quick overnight stay while on the road. We booked the same day. Checked in late and left early. But we were comfortable and safe. The tub looked stained. We needed the fridge and microwave so that was helpful to have since we had brought food. The front desk clerks were friendly. We did not take advantage of the grab n go pastries. "This hotel had a large clean parking lot, friendly staff, water in the lobby, good fresh ground for each cup coffee for breakfast, and a good bed. My only complaint is the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. It was not very clean. Normally that would be a huge drawback for me but everything else was good and the staff was great so I give it a 4/5 overall anyway. I would stay here again, but might just ask for a different room after checking the bathroom next time."

I would highly recommend this place if you have a low budget. They have cameras on the property so that made me feel a little safer. Perfect if you’re driving into California because there’s nothing for about two or so hours headed west. so there was additional gratitude for a place to get a good night sleep before my long journey...

"We travelled with the family and had a a total of 8 rooms. Two room were not clean with being exceptionally dirty. The pool was great as well as the Cafe. We didn’t make reservations for dinner in the Italian restaurant on the property but were able to be seated at the Cafe when the whole family gathered. Great service and bang for your buck there. "On the plus side it was the cheapest offering for two nights. However, it was easy to see why!. On the plus side the hotel clerk gave me a room with a view of the colorado river however when I quizzed her on the advertised remodelled rooms she also said that I was getting one of those, so I initially thought, great, nice room and with a view. "I come to Laughlin every year. Decided to stay at the Harrahs for the first time due to the beach access etc. checking in was easy process. After checking in I had to go to the front desk several times as the key card to access my room stopped working. I was advised that it was a security issue with the locking device. Security was called to assist and upon arrival was extremely rude putting it back onto the front desk. I had to go back to the desk for them to tell me again security will assist...

"The hotel advertised "breakfast included." It had a real breakfast with eggs, sausage and waffles. I am an 84 year old that just completed a 6000 mile roundtrip from California to Pennsylvania and back for a 200th anniversary of my college. I had five pieces of luggage! The ease of access to my hotel room was excellent. The inhouse breakfast and room access made for an early travel start the next day!!!"
