Great hotel and comfy beds

Superb beds and so comfy. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. These are only purchased at the bar and felt somewhat let down not having a brew in the morning.

I like the Niu vibe and its prices. This was close to the Altstadt for an evening meal. Check in and Service was very good and the room as expected and value for money. The rebrand of Holiday Inn to Niu is rolling out across Germany and prices are increasing but the old 'Express' concept and feel can still exist. Beware.

Standard city hotel

Pretty much exactly what one would expect - not spectacular, but good enough and appropriately priced. Rooms and bathrooms seem modern, bed a little on the soft side.

Perhaps the shabbiest Holiday Inn Europe I’ve experienced. Looks and feels like an aged local hotel that’s in the process of being rebranding. No possibility of reserving parking. The personnel, however, was kind.

No me parece que si a la hora de reservar toma uno una cantidad mayor de hospedaje para que los desayunos que esten incluidos y a la hora dicen en el hotel que no se pagaron y los cobran nuevamente que pesimo juego eso hace dudar en volver a escogerlo como opcion en mi proximo viaje, deben tener seriedad

Mehr als "befriefigend" kann ich leider nicht geben. Der Bau ist aus den 80-iger Jahren und teilweise wurde er modernisiert. Allerdings nicht flächendeckend, alt bleibt alt. Die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer hat ständig getropft und der Teppich nass, der Seifenspender in der Dusche wurde nicht nachgefüllt und auch nach 3 h Abwesenheit und vorheriger Information der Putzfrau war das Zimmer um 14 h noch nicht gereingt. Am 1. Tag war der Frühstücksraum bereits um 09:00 h überfüllt, er passt nicht zur Kapazität des Hotels. Habe für 2 Nächte fast 300 Euro mit Frühstück gezahlt und da sollte der Standard viel besser und moderner sein. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und auch die Lage war für mich gut, da ich an einem Konzert im Sparkassen-Park teilgenommen habe (10 Min. Fahrzeit). Das Frühstücks-Buffet war reichhaltig und die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht alles aufzufüllen. Sehr angenehm! Alles in allem nur einfacher Standard und irgendwie war ich enttäuscht, da ich mir von einem Hotel, das zur Holiday Inn-Gruppe gehört, mehr erwartet habe. Viel Luft nach oben und die Fotos auf der Buchungsplattform waren viel schöner als das Original. Schade!

vom Checkin bis zum auschecken alles perfekt. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei und auf dem Zimmer gab es eine Decke, Fressnapf und Leckerli. Das Frühstück war einfach super lecker und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

Gutes Hotel. Etwas laut an der Straße.

Relativ neues Hotel. Leider etwas laut, man kann nicht mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, die Temperatur war im Zimmer relativ hoch und ließ sich nicht gut regulieren. Ansonsten sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Frühstück ist auch ok. Alles etwas einfach, aber insgesamt ein gutes Hotel.

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Vom Hauptbahnhof schnell erreichbar mit dem Bus. Eher einfaches, aber durchaus ausreichendes Frühstück, es gibt sehr guten veganen Aufstrich und ausgezeichneten Kaffee. Direkt an der Straße, jedoch super Lärmschutzfenster. Sehr großes Zimmer mit kleinem Vorraum, jedoch kleines enges Bad (deswegen wohl auch keine Handtuchhaken). Gleich in der Nähe: Supermarkt, Bäcker und Kiosk.
