"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "The hotel is nice and newly renovated. The breakfast was great. My only complaint is that because restaurants close so early in Germany we found ourselves without any access to food upon our arrival. The hotel offers nothing. They should at least have sandwiches or fruit or bread options for those arriving later than 9:30pm. We walked the city looking for open restaurants but found none and we ended up going to bed hungry. Since the hotel is aware of this, they should have options for late arrivals. "
