"De B&B is gelegen hoog boven de stad. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en lief. Hebben ons een kamer gegeven met balkon met fantastisch uitzicht over Modica. "Bellissimo"! De meubels in de kamer waren wat ouderwets maar dat hoort een beetje bij de sfeer van Sicilië. Vlakbij was een pizzeria. Het ontbijt was in hun eigen keuken. Het was lekker en voldoende. Jammer dat ze enkel Italiaans spraken, maar dat mag zeker niemand afschrikken."

Good value for everything, the service was great, we were made to feel at home, given excellent recommendations and had lovely chats about anything and everything from Italy to worldly politics. We enjoyed the homemade touch for breakfast, and the view from the communal patio was perfect to enjoy the afternoon sun."

"We’ve stayed here before and it was good , this stay the only downfall was the cleaners would begin ( I won’t say early ) cleaning and be making lots of noise moving furniture around , we were on first floor so top floor I would imagine wouldn’t hear them. Otherwise hotel is very good , clean and very walkable, gps may play tricks getting you there . "

"The hotel is a sympathetically converted stone villa with a contrasting, very modern, glass restaurant, heated by a wood burning stove, set in the grounds. We ate both a main meal and pizzas in the restaurant and very much enjoyed both. There are very many good restaurants to choose from nearby, yet we noted Italians, who were not staying at the hotel, chose to eat there. "Good location, staff friendly and helpful. Place is just functional, not cosy. Had room at last floor, as requested, water was dripping in on hallway with rain. Room was dry, no problem"
