"Front desk staff at check in was extremely rude. By ocean view they mean you can see the trees that have overgrown the dunes. You can "see" the ocean but no waves no beach. Beach access is overgrown. The hot tub and pool are NOT 24/7 and adult swim is only 2 hrs. The rooms are from the 1970s no reason there's no pictures available of the rooms. Beds are sub par. Only good thing is a full kitchen."
"Hard to find as the sign out front is a different name than the reservation. Only sign with correct name was on the door to the office. There was some spiderwebs on the ceiling. The vending machine was out of bottled water.other than that it was a pleasant stay."
"Not a bad spot, a couple takesways- towel hooks. For a place right on the ocean, you literally have no hooks for additional towels or even enough hooks for the towels supplied with the room. For a room with an in-room jetted tub, we were hanging out towels up to dry on hangers in the closet.
Another - coffee. Seriously, to have the minimal coffee tea bags in the room, I figured you'd have good coffee in the lobby area to make up for the lack in the rooms. But, you literally use a push button folgers machine that comes from a liquid/syrup base. Up your game a little with fresh brewed good coffee and that would make a world of difference.
Lastly, it took us hanging our towels in the closet at the end of our first night to figure out the chairs for the patio were in the closet. You have beautiful decks with beautiful views, why not put out a nice set of table and chairs for guests to make the most of those views? Not hide the two little plastic chairs in a closet for us to find by accident.
The pool was great, as was the hot tub. Accessibility to town was awesome. Rooms were quiet, breakfast was good, staff was nice, and provided a list of restaurants to check out."
"We love what this place has to offer for family active for all ages. The kids always have a great time and when they are finally resting, there is things for the parents like the hot tub and the fire pit. Would definitely recommend."
"I felt so terrible for the older woman who was working by herself. She seemed very lost. The computer system was down so many mistakes were made, and there was a line of people to check in. There was a mixup in our room so it took us probably about 45 minutes to check in. The hot tub was not working, which was one of the main reasons we booked this place. The breakfast was terrible. I’m not sure if the batter for the waffles was bad but none of the kids would eat it. The price was right and we enjoyed the ocean."
