"The convenience to all the tourist attractions is ideal. The views of the ocean from my terrace and the mountains via the patio are spectacular. "Arrived and room had mechanical problems with HVAC, fans, remotes for the television. Asked to speak to a maintenance technician to address the problems, hotel staff became very obnoxious with me. Was eventually switched to a new room that had the same problems and more. Left within an hour of arrival and am working on a refund due to the unsafe and poor conditions of the rooms causing me to have to find a new hotel to stay at. "
