"I always stay here on trips to our office in Sofia. Very clean, no-touch check-in (all mobile app), free breakfast, free co-working space, high-speed wifi ... it checks all the boxes for a business trip. I usually book the rooms which have the balcony / porch, which always have a great view of the mountains, and the rooms are huge. More grocery / restaurants w/in a 5 minue walk than you'll ever need to use."

"Arriving at the hotel is a bit of a hassle, walking and by car. The access is weird. When you enter the spacious reception area, great for groups, the reception is there. The staff is a bit hidden when they are seated. Bit they are very helpfull and clear in explaining things. The elevator is ansecure one so you can with your card only to your floor. If you end on the wrong floor you can actually go to any floor. Only at the reception it is limited. Breakfast is very nice. Staff keeps it filled...

"Was not told there is no hot water. Asked for a 4am wake up call and didn't get one until 4:30am. The front desk guy said he was busy when asked why he didn't call when specific asked for. Asked for a to go breakfast but did not get one. If you want poor customer service ,no hot water and staff to busy to attend to the customer needs this is a hotel for you. I will never go back to this hotel again."
