"This adorable little cabin was perfect for our stay traveling around the Ring Road! My grandmother and I LOVED this cozy place. It was nice to have a cabin all to ourselves and our own beds that were very comfortable! The TV and wifi worked wonderfully (it has been one of the only places with a TV on our stay so far) so we enjoyed a nice movie and coziness on the comfortable couch while it rained at night. "We had concerns before we got to the hotel based on the reviews but the apartment was awesome! The beds were ready for us with kids’ beds ready too and the kitchen functioned very well for us. The bedding was soft and felt pretty new. It was a comfortable stay. The location was great too. We can just walked to the lake with a bunch of unique houses and views. "

"This property was cute, quaint, and cozy. The upstairs are steep and narrow which could make it difficult for an elderly or disabled person. I found that it was difficult cooking for 3 in terms of how the kitchen was equipped (no steamer or strainer capability). The laundry facilities are in an external building. Was only able to do 3 loads of laundry in 1 1/2 days. The village was enchanting. "

Great hotel, plan for food in advance
"The hotel and the location are amazing, walking distance to everything. Great views of the mountains and the whole town. Only problem we had was getting a place to have breakfast, the hotel recommends Hotel Aldan but we showed up at 8 in the morning and they did not have breakfast available (there was a group that was having breakfast) but they told us that they didn't have for the 2 of us. Only coffee was available?! Other than that a great stay, but be aware of maybe packing your own food in case there is no availability in town."
