"It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor. The hotel is far from what's in the picture. It's vert dilapidated and unkempt. It smells really bad. "We stayed at Simba for 4 days and our time there was so great. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious (we ate breakfast there every morning and dinner there every night). The pool was well used by my three kiddos and the lounge chairs were a nice touch next to the pool. We would definitely stay here again! "
