"Great location, lovely staff and so helpful. We had a Japanese room and after Tokyo and Osaka it was HUGE ! An amazing experience best sleep we have had. We didnt book meals but probably should of booked dinner as that was stressful! Gift shop on site with great items. One night wasnt enough !"

"快適な宿でした。余裕ない日程ではありましたが、前泊出来るから、干潮のお参りもサンライズ・サンセットの、宮島も満喫出来ました!ロープウェイで焦りはしましたが、フロントの方の助言もあり、自分のしたいこと満喫出来ました！外国人対応がしっかりできているという事で、ラウンジが自分主体で活用出来くつろげる。大きすぎる宿ではないからこそのこまやかな気配りがあると思いました。早朝、干潮時のお参りした後、ラウンジでのコンチネンタルMorning…軽い軽食とおっしゃっていましたが、ちょうどいい感じ！いい宮島旅になりました。次は…もうすこし、余裕ある日程で泊まりたいです！"

"Connected to Hiroshima station and the minamoa mall so everything was super walkable and convenient! There were plenty of food options including the best okonomiyaki I've ever had just one floor down from the hotel lobby. Very easy check in and self store luggage area for leaving luggage prior to check in. Amazing views from the lobby as well. Very clean and modern room with a comfortable bed and decently sized room by Japan hotel standards. "
